Oscar-winning actor Gene Hackman, his wife, Betsy Arakawa, and their dog were found dead in their New Mexico home on Wednesday afternoon.
Santa Fe County Sheriff’s Public Information Officer, Denise Avila, confirmed the news to ABC News on Thursday morning. According to Avila, the couple was discovered during a welfare check after a concerned neighbor reported not seeing them for some time.
