Dr Natalie Forest
A woman of substance is a woman of power, a woman of positive influence, and a woman of meaning. To be branded a woman of substance is one of the greatest compliments one can give a woman who has contributed immensely and had a positive impact on society.
The pressure on women in today’s society is immense, and I admire any female out there who doesn’t let the high demands and expectations get them down. In my interaction with several women, I have learned that women should not let the likes of “perfected” images or “criticism” affect them. Women are blessed with voices to use them – Dr. Natalie Forest is a person that stood up for what she believes in or voiced opinions on things; she never fails to make use of her voice. Make use of what God has given you and say what you think, say what you believe in, and argue against what you don’t.

- You are the co-founder of ONE FOR GOOD, tell us more about this great concept?
ONE FOR GOOD is born from the fundamental belief that we are all connected. It is the dream and idea of Regino Hawich, an amazing individual who, made a promised to do good and whose own story is a lesson in overcoming and sharing love and respect with all. His concept is simple yet profound: Unity through individual impact. We focus on how one person, one action, and one intention can create a ripple effect of “Good” that spans the globe. It’s about moving away from the “me” and toward the “we,” leveraging our collective resources to solve global challenges. www.oneforgood.de
Every Euro or Dollar or .. all monies donated go into an umbrella-like collection out of which, the minute that the set goal for raising funds for the selected projects is achieved, the funds will be distributed accordingly. Transparency is given, as well as the protocol for how projets are selected.
Living humanity. Acting sustainably. Acting together. For a world where solidarity is part of everyday life.
The Vision
A world in which humanity, sustainability, and solidarity are not just ideals, but lived reality – carried by people for people, as well as by companies and organizations that act locally and make an impact globally, working together to solve social, humanitarian, and ecological challenges effectively and swiftly.Guided by the principle:
One for all. All for one. All for all. Acting together – helping immediately, securing the future, leaving no one behind. True change begins when individuals become a community.
The Mission
“One for GOOD” calls on everyone to join a global support network with a symbolic contribution of €1 per month. Every euro goes into proven, effective projects that help people and the environment. Guided by the idea: “With little from many, we can achieve a lot.”
The initiative was founded by Regino Hawich – as the expression of a deeply rooted dream he has carried since childhood. Together with a group of like-minded friends, he developed this campaign with the aim of focusing on what is human, communal, and real – beyond ego, politics, or profit.
Why it works
Simple & voluntary: no subscription, no barriers – €1/month via automated payment system
Transparency instead of bureaucracy: full disclosure of all income & expenses
Great impact through reach: celebrities and their communities act as multipliers
Ethics over profit: no commercial incentives, no hidden interests
Credible project selection: each project is evaluated and approved by an independent review board
Our Core Principles
Immediate aid with impact: quick support that truly makes a difference.
Sustainable perspectives: creating self-sustaining projects and new jobs.
Together instead of alone: collective action achieves more than lone fighters.
For all generations: inclusive, connecting, and future-oriented.
Honest and solidary: clear in language, transparent in action.
- Can you tell us about briefly about yourself, your family and education background?
I was born and raised in Hamburg, Germany, with a keen interest in human beings, history, and philosophy. Growing up in Germany allowed me the privilege to enjoy excellent schooling, which my mother could not have afforded otherwise as she raised my brother and me by herself. She shared a love for travel and we traveled as much as we could within Germany and Europe to get to know people, cultures, and countries: stories. This gave me a multi-cultural lens from a very young age. My educational background is rooted in the humanities and social sciences; I hold a PhD in History, which allows me to understand the patterns of the past to better predict and shape the patterns of the future. My family provided the foundation of curiosity that still drives me today.
- Tell us about your early childhood…Where you grow up, who were the most memorable characters growing up, what you remember about your town/city during the time you were growing?
Growing up in Europe, I remember the sense of history that lived in the very walls of the buildings. The most memorable “characters” weren’t just people, but the mentors and teachers who challenged me to think beyond the status quo. I remember the vibrant energy of the cities—a mix of old-world tradition and the post-war drive toward a modern, unified Europe. It taught me that boundaries are often just ideas, not realities.
- Tell us about your journey to spirituality and what are your inspirations and motivations?
My journey wasn’t a single event, but an evolution. My inspiration comes from the invisible threads that connect science and soul. I am motivated by the “Aha!” moment in others—that second when someone realizes they are not a victim of their circumstances, but the architect of their soul. At a very young age I already ‘knew’ things as later I would find out about the ‘clairs’ and what it meant to be empathic. For a while though, as many of us do, I tried to ignore this as it appeared scary to some, including in myself. I dove into history, philosophy, rhetoric, poetry and more. In the end the solace I find is in my spirituality and listening to my guides, my intuition, and applying those talents to assist and support others. This may be called healing or reading or such for me, I am medium and healer (as many of us are) and I take this responsibility very seriously.
- As international speaker, international best-selling author, spiritual guide teacher, columnist. Tell us your experiences, challenges and major responsibilities on your chosen career?
Being an international speaker, author, and guide is a massive responsibility. The greatest challenge is often cultural translation—ensuring that the message of empowerment resonates whether I am in North America, Europe, Africa, or Asia – live or virtually. My responsibility is to remain a “pure straw”—to let the truth flow through me without my own ego getting in the way. In recent years I have done less live speaking due to me putting family first. I also enjoyed and continue to enjoy organizing events that reach the participants’ at levels not known before through personal connection and honest speaking – not repeating the same talk all the same. Integrity is crucial and I will walk away if I sense integrity is lacking – even at the expense of jobs, money, and prestige. As a global leader I have had the pleasure of helping many non-profit organiziation expand and reach people, organize summits and events that were and are impactful and today I also enjoy leadership training while focusing on my 1-1 mentees and creating a new seminar experience to go live when the time is right.
- You are the president of “90210 Enterprise”, what are the vision and mission of this organization?
At 90210 Enterprise, our mission is to empower individuals and organizations to step into their evolutionary potential and live their legacies today. I arrived at 90210 and its founder and CEO Ashkan Tabibnia through my work with Moe Rock. When Moe purchased the Los Angeles Tribune he asked me to work with him and we were able to come up with unique, groundbreaking ideas that paved the way for what this magazine and all his media outlets and endeavors are at this time. This is where I met Ashkan. When I returned home from the US to live in my hometown of Hamburg, Germany again, I advised Moe Rock that I would not be able to support as much from afar and he accepted. Ashkan then asked me to join him, after first asking Moe of course. Since then we have been building 90210 Enterprise.
90210 Enterprise is a transformative force—a relationship-based community and a dynamic, multi-dimensional organization. It transcends traditional business models, integrating expertise across industries to unlock potential, foster innovation, and create lasting impact. - “Life is a puzzle — play with it. Change the pieces that do not fit.”(Natalie Forest). What inspire this quote?
“Life is a puzzle…” The quote, “Life is a puzzle—play with it. Change the pieces that do not fit,” comes from my realization that most people treat life as a fixed image they must endure. I want people to know they have permission to move the pieces. If a job, a relationship, or a belief doesn’t fit the picture you want to create, you have the power to swap it for one that does.
- You are the recipient of 2016 President Barack Obama Presidential Volunteer Service Award, Lifetime Achievement Award. What advice would you give the younger ones?
Receiving the Presidential Volunteer Service Award from Barack Obama was a humbling reminder that service is the highest calling. My advice to the younger generation is this: Don’t wait for permission to lead. Your “volunteer” spirit is your greatest asset. Find a cause that breaks your heart and use your unique talents to fix it. Consistency in small acts leads to a lifetime of achievement. Our Youth is very knowledgable, very intuitive and it is crucial for them to understand that they are leaders, they chose to be here at this time and thus: they need to use their voices because we need them… we need them to be truly themselves so the puzzle can continue.
- African ethnic groups and tribes have customs and traditions that are unique to their culture. What do you like about African Culture?
African ethnic groups and tribes have customs and traditions that are unique and deeply grounding. My appreciation for this is both personal and professional; my academic background in History includes a deep focus on African American History, items of equality (the dissertation was on African American in the Vietnam War) for people with African descent as well as other ethnic groups, including Native Americans, which allows me to see the profound resilience and cultural threads that connect the diaspora. During my tenure at the Community College of Baltimore County (CCBC), I had the honor of working with many diverse groups, most notably UMJOA due to me teaching African American history. Collaborating with such organizations reinforced my love for the “Ubuntu” philosophy—the idea that “I am because we are.” What I admire most about African culture is this unwavering sense of community, the vibrant storytelling, and the respect for ancestral wisdom that continues to shape modern leadership and spirituality. Africa is a continent: diverse, traditional, modern, with many facets that we cannot grasp from afar. I believe we need to honor the different cultures and traditions of African countries, areas, and tribes while embracing the unifying picture of the cradle of so many forward-looking aspects of history and humanity.
- Dotolive News Magazine (DNM) would like to be part of your team reporting your activities, promoting your brand, what will be your commitment to you support the media organization DNM?
I value the power of the media to uplift and inform. My commitment to DNM is one of transparency and partnership. I will provide exclusive insights into my global activities and use my platforms to highlight the excellent work DNM does in bridging information gaps. Together, we can amplify a message of global transformation.
- Amazing memories are unforgettable; can you share with us the most amazing memory?
One of my memories is the first time I stood on a global stage and realized that despite our different languages the audience was breathing as one. That moment of collective resonance—where the room felt like a single heartbeat—is something I carry with me in every piece of work I do. The most amazing memories, though, will always be with and about my daughter. Nothing comes close and new memories are continuously created. Holding her when she was born, seeing her laugh and smile, teaching me every day. There is absolutely nothing that compares to every memory I have and every memory we are creating that includes her.
Thank you.
