Dr. Bill Price
Family & Education
I was born in a little town called Bethlehem in South Africa during the apartheid regime. My late father was a fire chief, so I grew up in the backdrop of a firm foundation of discipline. Later on in my teenage years I could boast about the fact that my room was always neat and tidy, and this discipline became ritualised into my being up until today. I enjoyed the strength of my father’s presence and attention; although emotionally distant, it was a source of comfort in reference and created a huge amount of stability and centredness within my being. My late mother was an opera singer and, after my birth for my first six formative years, travelled extensively and was absent except for the times that she was back home in between performances. I was raised by an amazing African woman, Miriam, from the Sotho tribe. During the apartheid regime Africans could not stay in the residential areas where white people lived after 9:00 PM and had to walk around with passes/identification and were really locked up in prison if this law and curfew were broken. As a white family my father Then I had to ensure that Miriam could safely stay in our home country, abiding by the laws, to be able to look after me as my personal babysitter. I therefore grew up in the closeness and influence of the DNA of an African interpersonal relationship system, which included me being carried on her back wrapped around in a blanket while she was busy doing her chores. Time has moved on since then, and even though when I meditate and close my eyes to remember Moriam with great affection, I feel her singing statically in my chest, as it was daily connected to her back, so when she sang and hummed, the resonance filtered through my chest and my being into my heart and being. I can still remember the African food that she made, and she would feed me, and later on I would remember sitting next to her eating the food with my fingers, and then of course I was also disciplined by Miriam in the African way, which is totally different to the way that white people discipline their children. African discipline: you get the slap on anybody available part with the warning!
I grew up and completed my GCSE qualifications and was an average student because the only reason why I went to school was because my friends were there! I’m a living testimony that there is a life after mathematics, which I failed miserably and had to rewrite to be able to pursue my future goals in my career path. The apartheid regime conscripted young white men, so by the time I completed school, I entered into the military for a period of two years and thereafter attended military camps on an annual basis for the next five years. We were thoroughly indoctrinated by the South African government to be loyal to the apartheid government, and we were trained in terrorist warfare. I can clearly remember one day when instructors were shouting at us (which was their default form of training, which was driven by manipulation, fear and very rigid authority). I did raise my hand and ask the question: ‘You’re instructing us to shoot terrorists, but who are they and what do they look like?’ The abrupt answer was heralded out by the sergeant that the communist terrorists we are fighting because communism is going to take over our country and all terrorists are black! I’ve imposed a second question based on my form interviews with upbringing with Miriam: there was no way that I was going to be prepared to shoot and kill a Black person. I was being threatened that I would be put in jail. I was removed from the officers’ course with immediate effect and was deployed into the artillery, where I fulfilled the role of brigade medic counsellor and technical assistant that helped to deploy the artillery guns. Later in my life, my brother’s son was sadly killed during the terrorist warfare, which impacted me very deeply and implanted a distance within me between me and the apartheid philosophy.
After the military not knowing what I wanted to become, I attempted to follow my father’s footsteps and trained in the fire brigade Which included paramedic work as well as fire and rescue. Thereafter, I studied to become a lecturer in the government mining colleges and trained young men miners to be shift bosses and mine captains. During this time I found myself deploying my spirituality, which was just strongly based on a Judaeo-Christian foundation, and found that I could intentionally influence and impact young lives because many of these young men at that time were addicted to marijuana, and it became obvious that it was impossible for us to continue to train these young men as they were working with dynamite and explosives. During this time I qualified as a counselling and pastoral psychologist, which helped me to guide and influence the young men, and I found that an inner passion was ignited within me, discovering that part of my purpose is to influence young people toward fulfilling their full potential without being hindered and dragged by substance abuse.

The next move in my career was studying at Fuller University in the United States to become an organisational growth and leadership consultant with the basis of industrial and relational psychology also based on a Judeo-Christian foundation and then making myself available to a variety of denominations as a growth and leadership organisational consultant. During this time I also travelled extensively in South Africa, coaching school principals, governing bodies, parents and students, helping them to fulfil their life and organisational dreams by living a soulfully alive, soulfully free, soulfully me-aligned life.
Having studied the brain intelligences based on Howard Gardner, I then began to develop an understanding and created a brilliant model of 13 personal brilliances. I became passionate about the brain and all things neuroscience and all things neurology. Began developing self-development in personal optimisation courses for leaders of leaders’ managers, board members, directors, educational leaders, teachers, parents and students, all of which included a vivid vision life picture which was based on special and visual intelligence. My life picture was visited on an average every four years as I began to build a personal inner regiment of discipline around the solid life picture, which helped me to focus with deep meditative attention on my future, and I began to align my business strategy and personal life strategy solidly on this picture, which helped me to maintain life focus on my future-focused self as well as my future-focused outcomes, which included all dimensions of my being, career, life mission and purpose and legacy. (A copy of my present-life picture is attached.)
It was as if the universe and the creator were drawing me toward neuroscience, and then I went through a personal leadership burnout of dramatic proportion. I exited the consultancy work, especially for Christian denominations, as it was the additional man-made rules and regulations that began to wound me, and I became the scripture in Jeremiah that reads, ‘My people are 1/2 healed people.’ My inner yearning during this time was to call out for help so that I could become complete, whole and placed on a solid trajectory of fulfilment, satisfaction and contentment. Something which I’m still focusing on but have studied neuroscience with far less stress, self-criticism, self-judgement, blame, shame and negative inclination. Chris, during this time of transformation towards transcendence, I met a rabbi who was a clinical neuropsychologist, and it was he who influenced me into the world of neuroscience, where he promised me that if I studied the brain, I would discover the mysteries of the universe and the glory thereof.
I shifted from focusing on ego, personality, character and temperament profiles (which a psychologist and psychometrist have). I help design in my business to help leaders to better understand themselves and their contexts within a “VUCA” environment.
I completed my PhD in holistic executive leadership and strategic coaching within an African village in the backdrop of a global reality. I was recognised and honoured by the NPN International Organisational Neuroscience Institute as a founding fellow, an international thought leader on things neuroscience, and an International Master Neuroplastician by Prof. J.J. Kennedy and the Board of the NPN Institute, made up of 13 world leaders and academics who were dedicated to the para-academic approach to neuroscience. I have an international podcast that helps to educate, enlighten and inform leaders of leaders regarding how to regulate and orchestrate their inner worlds beyond personality and ego, which thousands are finding to be most liberating and fulfilling indeed.
Show my career path looking back I discovered it was a journey of having to become fully aware of the difference between the signals and the noise that was in my mind and following the signals rather than the inner gender, called the noise factors, of which leaders have 38 rotating and orbiting in their minds at any given time. As I began to live a more meditative and focused life, being consciously aware on Level 3 (Dr Michael Beckworth’s model) I discovered my career was a combination of the unfolding of a future reality within the present based on my future-focused identity, and all that I had to do was consciously work together with these unfoldings, which brings me to the place where I presently AM as an international thought leader in the world of neuroscience.
I have passionately developed “Neuro-Scans”, which are based on neurological markers rather than personality character and ego-based markers, which are now being challenged in white and peer-review papers in terms of the seeming lack of sustainable reliability and validity constructs. The neuro scans include:
The holistic leadership Nero scan
The soulfully alive neuro-culture scan for organisations
The employee thermostat neuroscan that measures in real-time terms where employees are in terms of their engagement, neuro-wellness, neuro-learning, self-regulation and resilience, emotional reality and levels of the various stress dimensions.
The world-class Nero Tina scan, which pays attention to turning teams that are functioning in silos into teams that become interconnected, collaborative, value-adding, profit-minded cogs.
The future-focused career neuro scan, which identifies neurological markers and helps students, young adults and adults busy with career change realities to use the predicted validity of their neurology and conscious intelligence to filter through the 17 world needs and design and position themselves in a future-focused world reality as a value-adding entity solidly founded in their personal value system, which includes their sense of transparency, dignity and authority aligned to their personal identity.
The new row customer engagement scan helps organisations to clearly identify the secondary agenda let runs that normal CRM systems do not capture and do not know anything about because it is exactly the secondary agenda that causes customers to lack loyalty and trust and ignite the exit strategy with organisations and companies and their products.
The Challenges
Personal: I had to make the painful discovery that it is not goals that I need to aim for but identity that is future-focused and well-defined both in the creator’s mind and that I need to align with that definition. Do not be impacted by the socialisation of how the rest of the world sees me and wants me to be and expects me to become. I shifted from focusing on my ego-based identities, of which there are 7, and moved into my essence, which is deeply embedded within my conscious intelligence, breeze and divinely wired by my creator. Struggles I have to overcome all the inner voices constantly trying to tell me that what I’m doing is enough and I should stop and no longer consider following my vivid vision and my legacy. My challenge is to self-regulate, use self-orchestration and self-ownership, which is another word for ‘responsibilities’.
Business challenges:
I’ve had to face the reality of business challenges that prevented me from scaling into an international world. My executive leadership and strategic future-focused neuro-coaching business has had to be intentionally redesigned to incorporate my personal philosophy embedded in Judeo-Christian influence: soulfully alive living consciousness within my neurology. I’ve had to give myself permission, which is one of the greatest challenges that I faced, to believe in what I believe in with absolute courage and confidence and bravery and to work together with my gut and heart and soul to attune myself to the throbs and the drum beats of my inner soulful aliveness
My other business, which is the international VIP strategic leadership and neuro coaching and mentoring training institute, I’ve had to reinvent a few times to align with my inner realities to realise that my philosophy of working with students is that my organisation doesn’t train people in self-development but moulds their inner brilliance. Let students have not a file number or a monetary value but all unique, divinely wired and breathed mutually beneficial interpersonal relationships that are imbued with uniqueness and the fingerprint of the creator all over them, which I had to learn how to respect and honour. When students enrol, they are embraced by an interpersonal connected relationship-driven philosophy rather than just being a student or a face or a number; uniqueness matters!.
The intricacies of the brain and the field of neuroscience unfolded in my journey, and as they unfolded, I connected with the excitement and the passion of that soulful aliveness that was already embedded within the truth and the signs of neuroscience. In the beginning it was theory and academic, but as I began to weave it into my inner essence and being with intentionality, I began to share and teach what I was experiencing and learning, and in that process it was revealed, based on the impact that it had on listeners, that I was on the right track because neuroscience is absolutely fascinating and rapidly evolving and becoming a science to be reckoned with.

It is within the world of neuroscience that I discovered the in-breathed and divinely wired rhythms and men-to-men pacing principles which helped me to understand homeostasis, or what psychology calls ‘work-life balance’, and so I’ve learned to consciously discuss this with my wife and family so that the busy programme is balanced in such a way that I can find time in my life based on the principles of small, effective and enough, which are hidden secrets within our neurology that we’re in-breathed and divinely wired with by the creator. For instance, when does the heart rest? It rests in between every bit, and the brain rests in between every electrical and magnetic throb, and so I have learned to weave in the principle of rest based on it being small and effective and enough rather than trying to create balance in a mode of stress and distress and anxiety. I discovered that I have been given self-control as a gift with which to orchestrate my life to a tune with the unfolding manifesto from my creator and that my being in an orchestra of inner resources means being conducted by me while I’m reading the score sheet, and then I, together with my creator, am writing to crescendo my legacy in what I call my final 21-mile march, which is based on the next 15 years of my life’s picture.
My legacy is based on the reality that within my picture I see an NPO organisation called Future Focused Minds Africa, where I am committed to mould and train educators, lecturers, facilitators, coaches, mentors, and executives to use the power of the neuro-learning brain rather than training on basic pay-to-google models, ego, personality, character-based models and organisational models. The legacy dream is to have educated influences that are attuned and aligned and empowered by principles of how to teach influence impact with intentionality to the brains and a living consciousness found in young minds.
My research continues to discover how neuroplasticity, which is how the conscious mind uses conscious intelligence within our neurology to be the genus centre of the formation of the origin of our next thought, question, emotion, or energy, when orchestrated with a cognitive soberness into a decision architecture that transforms into behaviour once self-permission is smiled over, can then face any consequences that come its way because in our neurology we not only have the trajectory that moves us towards our magnetic true north, but we also have the energy to be able to identify and understand the risks that are both internal and external and how they create deflection, and when we become aware of that deflection quickly, we can then realign and ensure gravitas happens in our momentum towards our unfolding future. The worst book that was ever written was a book entitled Your Purpose-Driven Life. The moment our neurology is driven, we move into stress, distress and anxiety. To change the word ‘driven’, I have learnt to use the word ‘magnetic pull’, the hope of the future. I discovered when I modelled the life of the prophet Yeshua (Jesus – the Jewish one!) That he awoke every morning With a very clear, focused picture of a hope in the future that drew him and empowered him and strengthened him to be able to face the unfolding painful realities that he had to go through as recorded in human history.
The accomplishments of being recognised in my life have acted like assurance markers for me, like harbour pilots that line up 3 beacons to ensure that the vessel is travelling straight into the entrance of the harbour. I was humbled to be bestowed with an honorary PhD by an international university for the coaching and mentoring of leaders of leaders in the 34 Anglo-African countries over a period of 20 years. It was a beacon of reassurance that I embraced with humility and gratitude. Being recognised by the international NPN neuroscience institute as an international thought leader and founding fellow of the NPN institute resounded like the choir of voices which affirmed me deeply that I am on the right track and need to continue because within that choral voice is information, encouragement and positive provocation toward me becoming the best that I can be as I unfold in my being and becoming.
Role of Digitalization in health industry
The role that digitalisation and AI are playing in the overall healthcare industry is something phenomenal to watch. In northern psychology, I noticed that when I’m working with clients, I am listening to their story. It was mostly guesswork based on what I’ve learnt to predict and hopefully come up with wise solutions together with the client to help them to orchestrate and overcome life. With neuroscience we now have apps that, while we are engaging with the client, can measure in real-time terms their brainwave aliveness, the newer transmitter activity and the inner world of the real-time creation of thinking, questions, thoughts, emotions and acidic energies, of which there are 7 in our conscious intelligence. And so the “guessing” now becomes very visual in real-time terms, and I have the ability to be able to read what is happening in your conscious intelligence at any given moment in our conversation, and therefore instead of helping people to be psychologically whole, I’m now helping people to be neurologically whole so that they can self-regulate resilience and personal optimisation and stop playing ego and personality games but focus on a living intentionality that is so powerful and impactful and liberating to see as other people experience it. I’m thoroughly convinced!
I’m very proud of the Nero-based leadership journey that I come alongside executives and leaders of leaders for over a period of 10 months and help them to navigate; discover clarity of thinking and focus amongst the noise in the signals in their minds; and, as a guide, act as the trampoline on which they can bounce ideas off as an ocean, as a mirror when they can personally reflect to themselves based on self-ownership and self-control, be their raving fan, their personal inspirer, their muse, their co-project and product designer and their voice of reference. I’m thrilled that this journey, which focuses on the leader’s inner and outer core and how they can use their “MY BRAND – characteristics” with their intentional influence, can achieve up to a 68% improvement on profit after tax based on the previous year’s performance of the organisation and leadership.
What motivated me to birth the VIP international neuroscience strategic leadership coach and mentor institute had its genesis wrapped in an experience that I had while I was the international HR director for a German company focusing on leadership development And research on the difference between leadership and management within an African village is woven into a global perspective. It was during this research that I began to realise that African thinking, especially on the principle of Ubuntu, is ‘I am because of you’. So in Africa it’s not merely A cultural slogan but it’s a moral framework for human existence leadership and social harmony and it’s the core of this philosophy that reflects the idea that a person becomes fully human through relationship with others And its principles are based on the person being a person through other people and that human identity is not isolated but is relational and communal. Good, my well-being is linked to yours. Invite leaders who are bound to the people they serve through their humanity. The other important criteria is that all life exists in relationship and decisions consider community impact and that there is a mutual Compassion which is undergirded by the fact that every person carries intrinsic worth like greeting rituals and listening before speaking and honouring leaders and wisdom That there is a collective responsibility which is shared because of succession failure or based on teamwork or the group. The philosophy assumes abundance through sharing rather than scarcity through hoarding. Which is totally contrary to the present state within the South African nation, as the ANC’s malicious, corrupt government leaders and the cadre of round about 200 beneficiaries have stolen trillions in the name of this principle, which is intrinsically evil because they’re taking money for the purposes of the good of the people and hoarding it in international banks. The other aspects of the boon include the fact that it discourages ego-driven behaviour; the focus is on restorative justice so that relationships are based on repair as the healing social fabric. Its DNA preserves unity and legitimacy through village councils and elders meditating on disputes, and future generations are impacted because of the principle of sustainability that is woven into the entire philosophy.
It was then that I realised, looking at my past, where I was raised by Miriam, a suited woman wrapped around by a blanket and in touch with the resonance of her being. The VIP future-focused growth model was birthed in 2024, which included Ubuntu philosophy and principles as its core alongside neuroscience principles of living soulfully alive conscious intelligence, which is firmly founded on the competencies and principles of coaching and mentoring rather than those of training, counselling or therapy. This model, since its inception in 2004, has impacted hundreds of organisations, companies and the lives of NPO leadership profoundly. The aim and objective based on our values, which are intrinsically woven into the abovementioned philosophies, include empowering people to become professional, ethical, quality and excellence-focused business and life coaches who will come alongside leadership. In another research project using over 2000 executives in Africa, we discovered the beginnings of what is happening in the inner world in the soulfully alive consciousness of leaders in their minds. We discovered at that time that they were 38, and it is a possibility that they could be more, as our research has not stopped. We continued to make these discoveries, the R38 noises that are constantly on the stage and backstage in the minds of leaders, and when these noises are rampant and/or not focused on with conscious awareness, they can cause brain fog. An African example of brain fog is watching zebras running by from the perspective of a lion that is looking for a kill, and the lion suddenly realises that the stripes on the zebra are a fantastic idea from the creator to create camouflage because as the herd and troop run by, their stripes hypnotise and create a fuzziness of focus on the object of the chase.

Therefore, the lion has to crawl backwards a few metres and focus on the slower running zebra in order to focus on that potential one that is going to turn into lunch or dinner or breakfast. Fuzzy fuzziness and brain fog are the basis from which leadership functions in their minds. They have the busyness of business inside their head, and the agenda is comprised of a choir of 38 noises or voices that are screaming with compelling astuteness for attention, ranging from critical to important to nice-to-have, and then amidst all of that, there are signals. These signals are moments of creativity and innovation when our subconscious is awakened by a dream or an idea linked to an opportunity, and it is usually in a dream or in quiet moments or while the person is showering, shaving or barfing or in quiet moments when they find themselves in nature that leaders in team 2 get in touch with these very powerful and significant signals that could change the history of the organisation, possibly the nation, and then they tend to write it down as the beginning of a genesis of an idea, but then sadly they take that signal and write it into the To Do List of today, which is part of the 38 choirs of noise, and therefore they lose the uniqueness of the identity and the purpose and the power and the position of a very clear creative signal and a diss coaching that takes people into a reflective state of quiet nras where the difference between noise and signals is paid attention to from within our model, a neurological perspective, rather than trying to interpret that within the maze and the fuzziness of ego and personality, both of which are formed during our past and therefore, over a long time, are no longer significantly reliable, valid and stable.
There are enough white papers and peer reviews being written on this subject in terms of construct validity and reliability and sustainable reliability and validity. Hence when we work with the neuroplasticity of how the living soulful alive intelligent consciousness initially creates the genesis of a thought of a question of an emotion of a feeling with its energy bouncing it off values and with a quick reference to the past for the purpose of predictability via ego and personality so it’s not a big deal 2 hour neurology and then from there it moves into self permission giving and the seven levels of thinking and from there it moves in and is woven through our thirteen brain intelligences or brilliance is that the decision architecture is formulated and once the decision is made bounced off and double checked through an ethical check focusing on our inner values and what’s moral and wonderful to us and then self permission nudge and the decision becomes behaviour and the behaviours then tested within the environment of consequences and that test is an acid test of how in our neurology a leader is self regulated and resilient to be able to be consciously aware to formulate a new brain pathway based on thriving and eustress, which is good stress motivating us and magnetising us into a thriving trajectory rather than into a victim and a surviving trajectory. So all of our coaches that we have trained since 2004 are all powerfully deploying the N.E.U.R.O. model. This model is a world first because it’s based on Africanism in its uniqueness and has impacted the cultures in the western world and in the eastern world with quiet yet powerful intentional impactful resourcefulness, and so executives that are part of our total immersion new row leadership journey lasting 10 months tip the scales and shift leadership effectiveness, efficiency and impact to a level that is beyond normal goals that people set for themselves, and we will continue to develop with research and development and tweak the model as the future unfolds in the presence of AI in a creative and imagination age, as we are no longer in the industrial age or technology or information age – they’ve come and gone – but we are now in a new world, and leaders and organisations across the world face literally a four-year gap in which they have opportunity to create and recreate and reposition themselves and their organisations because of the impact of the unfolding of an ever-evolving AI.
If I were not a neuroscientist, I would definitely be in the world of thinking architecture and helping leaders and people to be able to evoke clarity and focus within their inner world. I would possibly be a thought guide or a thought orchestrator, and my dream is to be an international thought leader of things neuroscience in the world of organisational development, leadership, management, customer relations, marketing, selling, interpersonal relationships and spirituality, all of which are a thriving passion I possibly would take if taking neuroscience out of the equation but definitely its depth of principle and its landscape of reality like a kaleidoscope, watching the moving parts, and I would be part of that dance.
I’ve always been a maverick wherever I’ve been and have discovered that the system doesn’t like mavericks and tends to create nodes of opposition that pulsate sometimes with absolute aggression and vitriol, which, because I did not know how to handle it, projected me into a very powerful and impactful burnout as a leader as I began to understand that leaders do go through the crucible of intensity of heat, but in that one becomes a catalyst of change, which is part of the story of my journey.
I would be paying attention to interpersonal relationships between leaders and their teams, and I guess it would be more on the basis of a consultant that I would delve into and evolve toward other than being a neuroscience coach alongside being an international thought leader and an international speaker helping leadership of organisations to impact with intentionality and intensity and influence towards productivity and profit-mindedness.
The advice that I would give students at universities and colleges to achieve success would include the following:
Realise that success and failure are a formula. Both of which are absolutely unapologetically earthly and founded in the principle that you cannot afford to ignore one of the critical elements that create success. It’s like baking a cake: if, because of your personal preference or cognitive bias or laziness, you decide you are going to not include one of the elements which are all critical in the baking of a cake or bread, then at your peril you exclude it; you will no longer have success. For instance, if you decide, ‘I do not want to add the water or the flour or the yeast’ or forget trying to put it into a pan or even forget the oven and the fire, every single item is critical to the success, so make sure that you pay attention and leave nothing out and create a regiment, a habit, a ritual of personal regulation and focus to become agile, flexible, resilient and patient with your dream because there is a world that is waiting for you.
Realise that your career is an unfolding journey it’s not something that you trying to reach or achieve it’s rather that your purpose and destiny which is in breezed and almost pre destined by a benevolent creator who has your good in mind is unfolding towards you as you walk on the path of unknown yet unfolding 2 steps ahead of you all the time it means that you need to live with awareness it needs to live with conscious awareness with the sense of expectation and also with a intense internal desire to focus on moving beyond your goal and so in the coaching of young students on career development from a neurological and neuro perspective we have an entire process available on our mentor me platform with young people work through a future focus neuro career scan which is based on the 21 unfolding world needs because within their or amazing job opportunities even in the midst of a I and we include a I as one of the major modules that everybody needs to be involved in because AI is forcing us to discover our soulful aliveness and those people who do not know themselves anew not in touch with their living soul all the ones that are going to lose their jobs because AI will come in an take away if you do not know who you are why you are here and how you need to achieve achieve your future which is not wrapped up in goals but is wrapped up in your future focused identity.
This is also defined, of course, online and entitled ‘Fully Alive, Fully Me, Fully Free and Fully Aware’, where we help people to understand who they are and what their life reason is in the unfolding process, and they are mentored based on the results of their profile for a period of 10 to 18 months, which helps them to realise that our organisation doesn’t train people to be who they need to be in the inner core and in the article, but we mould the inner brilliance of students, prospective coaches and mentors and leadership in our total immersion journeys that we offer.
Finally, I would encourage students to realise that present-day education is very strongly and firmly based on theory and academics, and by the time they get their degree, they are already four years behind in their industry. My medical doctor, who focuses on understanding your genes with a high degree of predictability and understanding your neurology and biology and psychology, proudly posts certificates of conferences that he attends to stay at the cutting edge. If your life is not moving towards staying at the cutting edge, becoming an outlier, becoming different, becoming unique and locking into your personal uniqueness, you are not going to make an imprint in the world. If you look at the uniqueness of Elon Musk, he is South African and was raised in a very tumultuous family backdrop, experiencing the pain, and even in his later years when he was working with SpaceX and Ted X, he felt the rejection and the anger of people saying that his ideas would never work, and yet his were the first rockets to go up and come down to be ready to be refuelled to go back up again and down, which no one else thought possible.
Focus on your uniqueness which, woven into it, has the capacity and the DNA and RNA built into it of doing and dancing with the impossible but because of the theory and academia or Hild Beck. 70% of the coaching that we do in organisations for emerging leaders is based on the fact that even although they’ve studied seven years They are not prepared for the real world of work. They’ve been taught principles of teamwork and excellence in relationships and have read all the textbooks, but they have no idea of how to humanise that, how to make that real, how to turn that into flesh and soul. They don’t know that conflict is amazing and is not designed to destroy but designed to sharpen us as iron sharpens iron.
So the world of education is based on the Industrial Revolution and has never changed. The only thing that has been added is PowerPoint presentations and a little bit of interaction within classrooms and a little bit of practical work, but they are excluded from the reality of where business is because it’s about survival and it’s about sustainability, which are not built into theory and academics that are absent from them. It’s delusional. So the advice is around getting to know yourself. Get to know yourself in your neuro Wellness in your new role is learning rather than focusing on personality profiles, eagle profiles, character profiles, temperament profiles and even brain preference profiles (probably these could be the beginnings of cutting-edge understanding of self), but get to know how your neuroplasticity creates the next thought and get into the world of your inner being. Get into the world, and the only way you can do that is through reflection, meditation and understanding the principles of the rhythms, the patterns, the momentum, the pacing and the timing that is built within our neurology and our biology, and you understand yourself from that perspective, not from the perspective of only psychology or attending one of the billions of courses on emotional intelligence, which is but one part because within our neuroscience and within our neuroplasticity there is an interconnectedness between everything, and you cannot just study emotional intelligence and think that that’s the pinnacle of understanding of people. We are more than emotional intelligence; we are spiritual, we are soulful, we have a past, we have a present we struggle with and all, and we try and determine the magnetic north into our future. And this is where the woman in the cocoon transforms and transcends – not change but trance ends and transforms into the emerging beautiful, amazing butterfly, but it bursts into the outer world through a little hole which creates pressure on the vein system, pushing the fluids into the wings and therefore being able to fly and display its beauty.
But sadly we live in a world of the quick fix, and everybody wants to get there quickly and find the silver bullet at the cost of our humanity, and now, becoming, we ask that someone will cut the cocoon open because we don’t like pain. Somehow pain and disappointment are deemed as failure and just treated with inconvenience because we believe that success is easy, and I can assure you it is not. So stop delusion in your life and become aware of your reality, and when you become aware of your reality, take responsibility and ownership rather than trying to wish the fact away. So, his parents, we have a responsibility. We have a responsibility towards our spouse who is in and out and given us some marriage relationship and that makes demands on us; it’s a long-term love commitment, and love is not easy. Love is challenging. Love creates growth and wholeness and connection but it’s painful. Ask me, I’m on that journey now for 52 years, an interesting journey together with my beloved, but we’ve had to become consciously aware and stop living our relationship from ego and relentless personality and character and I’m almost tempted to say and all that nonsense to shift into a space where you intelligently and intentionally decide there will be no judgement, no criticism no negativity, no slamming, no stonewalling, no blaming, no one-upmanship, no manipulation but rather all of the opposite because that’s where love flourishes. Love flourishes in the difficulty of standing in your philosophy of what you believe and that’s your responsibility. You have to take ownership; you have to put your hand up and go, ‘I take ownership for the fault that I’m participating in.’ I take ownership, and I believe that the word ‘ownership’ is far better endorsed and absorbed by our being and our living consciousness than the word ‘responsibility’. It’s almost like the words ‘try’ or ‘why’; our neurology finds difficulty in understanding them with clarity and focus because those two words have already built within them a complexity that, when we use them in sentences and expect answers, the best that the brain can give us is a debate from which we need to assume what this answer is and the solution is.

Is the founder and president of the VIP International Neuroscience Strategic Leadership Coach Mentor Development Institute, which doesn’t train people to become business life organisation or neuro coaches and mentors but moulds the inner brilliance of all students to create a professional, ethical and quality impact on the sustainability and the evolution and revolution of leadership within organisations.
He’s a director on the NPO Future Focused Minds Africa. We changed a Judeo-Christian neuroscience approach to developing and training African educators and international educators on how to intentionally orchestrate teaching and learning from a nearer education perspective, and that education needs to evolve and realise that they are not training young people only on the basis of pedagogical models but the brain comes to school and the brain is going to go into the future, and so the emphasis needs to be on intentional brain coaching/teaching rather than just lecturing facts, academics and theories but preparing and orchestrating the brain to facilitate learning and integration and reflection, which shifts ordinary pedagogical models which can barely give 37% impact to almost doubling that. O, education is the unfolding future unapologetically, and if education and schools don’t realise that they need to awaken themselves and shake themselves loose of the present industrial-style model which they have held onto with rigidity, then, next, they are producing 37% engagement into the future while it demands at least a 63% engagement, interactivity and integration.
He’s a director of the Africa Global Professional Body, which is the home for executives in leadership development, coaching and mentoring empowerment, educators and facilitators, and spiritual and religious workers and consultants. Africa is the birthplace of this professional body for these “tribes” who are committed to their self-development and optimisation, where they are mentored and moulded as part of their membership on the principles of neuroscience in the industry and field. CPD points are not granted based on Jurassic Park learning activities for the purpose of maintaining competence. This professional body focuses on the 10,000 hours principle of brilliance, and woven into each hour for each tribe is the powerful dynamic in the DNA of neuroscience, and the way they obtain CPD points is through 360 real-time feedback from those whom they influence, so members are constantly aware of their evolving profile of the way that they impact and influence with intentionality rather than becoming a participant of yet another conference or book reading.

That vision and life reason is in a pictorial form depicting his final 20-mile march wherein he is intentionally participating with the ever-present unfolding of his legacy into Africa and beyond, which is to empower educators, facilitators, trainers, speakers and influences from an era perspective to make contact with the divinely wired and inspired, soulfully alive, conscious intelligence of the brain rather than paying attention to the futility of ego and personality, which the brain uses as a microsecond reference place for a point of predictability, then positive agitation of energy into the future.
